Voce Magazine!

It just got a lot hotter didn't it? Summer is finally here and this one's going to be a hot one. August's Voce features an article about the Marina Pumpkin Parasol and a Beige Classico Pumpkin Parasol too!

The Kyoto Pumpkin Parasol

This month's Partner magazine features the Kyoto Pumpkin brella Parasol in it's 2012 Parasol list! The Kyoto Pumpkin parasol is painstakingly made of hand-dyed linen using traditional dying techniques from the Kuriyama workshop in Kyoto. Each one is original and the fabric is absolutely gorgeous.

Japanese wedding Parashell

These are some recent photos from a shoot done by Pre Marie Japon in Kobe. The White Frill Parashell works so well as a "Wataboshi" which is a traditional Japanese wedding hat worn with a white wedding Kimono called a "Shiromuku".  I was happily surprised to see how well the Parashell goes with traditional Japanese wedding attire. Special thanks to Pre Marie Japon for arranging this shoot.

Parashell in the Park

This picture of a woman with a Parashell parasol on a bridge in the park is very elegant. Thank you so much to Kana Fukumaki for taking this lovely photo!
